Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with, working for, and mentoring some incredible people. In every instance, I’ve made it a point to learn something from each of them. I believe our greatest value lies in what we leave with the people we meet. I strive to bring out the best in everyone I know—and to make sure they walk away with a lighter step and a brighter outlook. As a good friend and co-worker called it - "cashing happy checks." Jace managed Ignitor Labs while I was there and kept our team focused. When our team grew, he challenged each of us to take on new tasks and new roles, but never expected more of us than we could handle. When myself or my coworkers found that we were struggling, or needed extra guidance, Jace was patient and willing to help. He is by far the fairest boss I have ever had.
